PASSPORTS & TRAVEL
NEW PASSPORT - Adults Born in the US

Apply for a new passport for adults born in USA with valid documents.
NEW PASSPORT - Minors Born Abroad

Apply for a new passport for minors born abroad with valid documents.
PASSPORT RENEWALS - Minors and Adults

Renew expired or soon to expire Haitian passport with valid documents.
FEUILLE DE ROUTE

Obtain an emergency travel certificate for urgent return to Haiti. Valid for one trip only.
VISA (TOURIST)
